They were extremely efficient, very kind and knowledgeable staff. Location was extremely clean and well-maintained. Would recommend to all of my friends especially the two pair for $60 deal. FYI this is my first time ever needing glasses and they made the experience wonderful

Very friendly staff. Good listeners. Understood my physical limitations and put up with my constant chatter. 😆 Extremely quick (30 mins) to get my 2 pair of glasses.

I do need to get them adjusted for fit though. It was after closing and I just wanted to go home.

Eye Mart Express took quality time with my daughters and myself of which I definitely appreciated. It did not seem as though they were just rushing to get to the next person..I have recommended several people to the location on Yale. Best Place! We will continue with Eye Mart.

They were so fast and in a convenient location for us! They had a great back to school deal and we were able to score two pairs for less than one of my sons glasses from his regular optometrist’s office. If he breaks another pair and insurance doesn’t cover it, we’re definitely coming back here! Between picking frames and waiting for them to get done, it was a whole 45 minute wait!

Jasmine Williams assisted me when I visited the store in search of information about replacement lenses for my frames. Jasmine was professional, friendly and took her time in explaining different lenses and even called my insurance company for clarification on my plan coverage. Unfortunately I get less coverage at Eyemart Express than certain other local Optometrists' offices. Otherwise, I would have loved to buy from Jasmine. She has 4 years optical experience and is an asset to her company. Thanks, Jasmine, for your assistance yesterday. I will gladly refer others to you.
