Westlake Ace Hardware

Such a refreshing change from the home improvement stores as big as an airport terminal. This Ace hardware didn't have a motorized cart to ride around in, but the place is a reasonably sized store, we didn't need it. Well stocked. The staff are so accessible and eager to help, we spent 1/10 the amount of time getting the same things at a comparable price. Not exactly a home improvement store. No tile or carpet, cabinets, washers and dryers, but they had everything we needed for a quick trip to the hardware store for basic supplies.

Soooo much nicer than going to Home Depot. Knowledgeable staff, that you can actually find to help you. Lots of pet supplies as well!

"Dan" helped us with hardware and find another needed item. He could not have been more thorough and helpful. The other staff were equally welcoming and helpful. We recently moved here-- glad this will be our neighborhood Ace store.

I called all around town and every store was sold out of anything that would help unfreeze pipes from this winter storm this week. I call ace hardware they check the shelves and they were out as well, however unlike Lowe’s, and Home Depot she went and checked their recent shipment and found me one. Everyone else I had spoken too basically told me they assumed they were out and wouldn’t actually take the time to check. Not only did she go out of her way to check, she held it for me as well. Not too mention she told me her pipes were frozen as well, so she could of easily kept it for herself and told me they were out. Thanks big time Tiffany, ace hardware will be getting my business from now on because of you. Also we’re more than helpful when I came to pick it up.
