(December 6, 2019, 12:43 pm)I'm very happy with my experience at Mattress Firm on South Memorial. I went to the store with a printed-out copy of the website mattress I wanted to buy. Nick showed me 2 mattresses and explained the differences between them. I paid for the one I wanted, and the mattress was delivered right on time a few days later. The delivery men were friendly and helpful, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
