Kristi introduced herself at the door when we walked in. She made our shopping experience very enjoyable while helping us find the perfect couch. My husband is very tall and needed to have more height to the back of the couch and have the recliner extend out a little further to accommodate his long legs. We tried every recliner couch they had and decided to go with a beautiful blue leather recliner couch. It was a little more than what we originally had decided to spend but when one had a 6’6” tall husband we couldn’t be too picky! Kristi was a huge help and we would have been lost without her expertise!

Claire was so amazing! She helped me find the perfect furniture without ANY pressure! She truly cares and simply was there for questions. Rather than pushing me towards higher end or trying to close the deal, she simply allowed me the autonomy I needed and offered great suggestions that fit what I wanted. She listened and provided me the service I needed. I ended up buying the perfect furniture to furnish my new home within the budget I desired. Thank you Claire!

Delivery on the other hand not so great. Our sectional was delivered with a hole in the back. The driver started he knew exactly what happened. Yet, no resolution.

I knew exactly what I was looking for in the store. The young man helping me took me there and showed me many options available. I was impressed that he did not try to show me items ion which I was not interested. He also took me all over the store helping me find the exact end table for which I was looking. He kept my budget in mind and knew from the get-go that I would not buy if I did not find exactly what I wants . Five stars for excellent service and going the extra mile for a relatively inexpensive purchase.
