I can’t recommend CrossFit Owasso enough! The atmosphere is welcoming and always positive. There is something for EVERYONE at CFO, no matter your skill level. Not only are the workouts great, the coaching staff and the community make it feel like your seeing your second family everyday. The owners make a huge effort to keep the gym clean and the equipment in great shape. I started there at 50. Everyone was so helpful and didn't laugh when I was just using the bar. Over time I was gaining muscle, losing weight and gained a ton of new friends. The Coaches are outstanding and really care.

Dropped in for a few days here and loved it! Coaches were great and the members were super kind and friendly. Would definitely be my home box if I lived in Owasso! Will definitely be dropping in again!
