Darren is the most qualified, professional and competent person in the appliance repair business. He is difficult to get in touch with sometimes, but it's strictly because he is in such demand. You should be happy he is, because it proves just how good he is at what he does.
His word is his bond and he will never lead you astray. You will feel fortunate to deal with Darren.
I've never had a problem that he couldn't fix. He has taken care of our high-end appliances for the past 30+years to the point of spray painting the grills so they looked new again.
