She was very courteous and professional guiding me through the maze (for someone who hasn't applied for a loan in 30 years) of mortgage finance and lending. She was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. We have banked at Vast (Valley) National for about 33 years and all of the people there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
