I love Cynthia and her staff!!! I have finally found the best family practice after years and years of searching! We will NEVER go anywhere else! These individuals are so caring and understanding and Cynthia listens and takes the time to explain anything that you need to know. Sara is hilarious and down to earth and Chloe(I think that’s her name) at the reception area is such a sweet girl! The Rogers family loves you and wish you nothing but sweet success!!!

Amazing clinic with amazing staff. I have noticed a few poor reviews from patients but thankfully I know that these are far from true. For anyone looking for excellent care from a great staff, this is the place. If you are looking for a PCP that takes the time to listen and truly cares about your health and well being, Cynthia McNitt is who you want to see. If you have unrealistic expectations like being able to walk in whenever you want to and be seen immediately or being able to call and speak to Cynthia whenever you want to or you deem necessary(which would NEVER happen at ANY other office) then you will be disappointed here and anywhere else you go. Hometown Family Healthcare is THE BEST clinic in Chelsea and the only place me and my family will go for our Healthcare needs.

Cynthia is the best Doctor I have ever had. She truly cares for her patients and listens to their needs. I'm so glad our tiny town has her.

I've been going there several months now and all I know is the staff is great and the doctor has really helped me tremendously. Always takes time and dosen't rush. I was shocked the first time I went and it's been the same every time I've been back. Has truly helped me.
