Oak Hills Care Center Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Oak Hills Care Center has come a long way under new management in the past couple of years. This facility is lively, joyful, and constantly innovating. As an employee at the corporate office, I have seen Oak Hills constantly improve. From resident dining to the activity programs, the administration to the hospitality teams and so much more, Oak Hills is an exceptional environment for employees and residents alike!

My dad is in the memory unit. I have never witnessed better care at a nursing facility. Chelsea and all the other nurses and staff are so amazing with my dad. I was truly scared to put my dad in a home knowing how nursing homes usually work. They are so patient with my dad and are taking great care of him.

Oak Hills has made a complete 180 over the last 2 years. They are absolutely wonderful with the residents and are constantly making upgrades to the facility. Their new memory care unit is amazing!

Whatever you heard about this place before April 2021, is not the same truth today. I have the pleasure of working with these individuals as I am a member of the corporate office that is now managing them. The residents here get to do so much fun stuff, I mean seriously! I wish I lived here. They’ve gotten to see an Elvis impersonator, and a Micheal Jackson impersonator, they get karaoke three times a week, and games every day. I mean I have a blast when I come here. Not to mention the Administrator is extremely professional and she knows her stuff. The activities director is the sweetest lady you’ll meet and she goes out of her way to treat the residents with so much love. I have so many pictures.
