Clegern Elementary School

Clegern is one of two public "parent choice" schools in the Edmond School District. Children are selected by lottery (and siblings get in with concurrent enrollment). A simple registration form provides access to the lottery. We we're lucky to get in during our Second Grade year and it was the best decision we made for our twin boys. The school's small size and alternative curriculum were let to the positive experience. I can't imagine there's a better public elementary school in the state.

This school is amazing. I can't imagine finding a school better than Clegern, anywhere! From the principal to the teachers, secretary, custodial staff, cafeteria staff, etc., every member of the Clegern family is top-notch and shows care and concern for every student. We are proud to say we are Clegern Cougars!
