It's hard to find HVAC professionals you can trust to just repair your product instead of claiming you need everything replaced. I can't tell you how many times I've been told "you need a new one" only to have a company like this one come behind and repair with a simple fan motor. Comfort Caire has saved me two summers in a row!! You can trust them and that's priceless in the HVAC industry.
Vern at Comfort Caire had done a full HVAC replacement for a family member, so I called him to look at my struggling A/C. To my delight, he discovered that it was just a matter of my condenser coils being clogged with grass, leaves, dirt, etc. Vern showed me the right way to spray out the coils and verified that the head pressure was now 300# (good) vs. 400# (bad) before. He could have said I needed freon or I needed a whole new unit. But he was honest, and I greatly appreciate that. I know who I'll call (and recommend) the next time a need arises.
