HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Choctaw, OK

The staff are usually almost always friendly, they try & give correct time frames of your wait & make sure to tell you what the actual wait time is
& ask if that's something you're okay with before having you do paperwork & sitting down so there is no surprises. Everything is very clean which is a huge plus. That & they make sure to have everything sent to the pharmacy before you're leaving their office.

Wait time in the waiting room wasn't bad, but when my child and I got back to the room it was a different story. The test my child had done I was told would be 30 minutes to get results. We waited in the room for a total of 2 hours only to be seen by the provider for 5 minutes. The staff is nice here but I would suggest you don't make plans the day you need to come here.

Staff was friendly. Had to wait Approx 30 min past my appt time but once in the exam room it went quick. 1 hour total. Very convenient

The Choctaw, OK location is not only convenient for me but I’ve always received excellent service/ diagnosis and prescriptions to remedy my ailments and this visit on 15-Aug-2023 proved the same. In the past, I’ve taken a young mom friend and her baby (both firm WAS state) and they received excellent service that is reasonable for non insurance persons.
