I went in this morning for a rapid COVID test. It was my first time at this clinic. They were all very nice and caring. I didn't have a long wait time either. I will definitely be going back to this clinic when I need to

We have always had exceptional care at the Newcastle Access Medical Center. During our last visit, the doctor was so caring and explained everything in detail. We go there for all of our urgent care needs and have always had great care.
Staff is always very friendly and courteous at the Newcastle location. The PA makes you feel very comfortable and is pleasant.
Called in to get a test done. Was told to come up there as soon as possible. Everything done over phone and test was done from my car. The staff on the phone were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff member doing the test was very professional and courteous. I will definitely come back there for any future medical needs.
