Wife grew up here. I spent time in the city and got tired of it. Moved out here to be part of a real community where I knew who my kids friends were and thier parents. Good place to live. Ignore these negative comments, they are likely either ignorant political activists and another likely looked on the wrong part of the ticket that explains where to send the payment to, given my experience getting a ticket here. The speed changes at the point where the sign is, not past it.
