Love this place.
I love this place!!!! The environment is amazing.
This place is great to lose weight or just to stay active. In the past few months I have been going there I have lost about 50 lbs and counting! The instructors always push you to do your best and give it your all.
I always feel energized after fit camp! The soreness hits me a few hours later and that's how I know it's a good workout! The instructors, Sam and Stacy, do a great job of making sure you know what to do with out intimidating you!
It's the only place I have found that has helped me lose weight and keep it off. This place is judgement free and they truly want to help you, no matter what your fitness goals are. The instructors are knowledgeable and know how to make you feel at ease. You won't regret stepping foot in this establishment!
