In addition Thank You for the level of Hospice used until the end of my Uncle's journey. He was comfortable, clean, & secure which allowed me to sleep nights, without fear, knowing He was not alone. His Nurse was so fond of Him, with always kind, & encouraging things to say💗until the end.

Great place. In the short time we had a loved one there, they became ill beyond repair because of another facility, she was given the best care. 2 showers in 4 days and the nurses are great. I would like to thank all of the staff for all that you have done. Keep up the great work.

I recommend Holiday Heights to any family member that has to put their loved one in a nursing center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Cedar Creek nursing center. To anybody. I believe Cedar Creek should be closed permanently. And here is why down below.

I do not recommend Cedar Creek to anybody that needs to put their loved ones in a nursing center. Reason why back two years ago or back in 2018 my mother how it was going downhill. She kept telling them and tell them and telling them. The day nurse did not do anything about it until the next Night. The night aid checked on her and said she had to go to the hospital. Rather than that one night aide nurse that did her job. I still do not recommend Cedar Creek nursing center to anybody because my mother have almost died because of it when she went to the hospital her temp was 109. The doctor said she have almost died due to them not listening. That’s the reason why I have gave Cedar Creek nursing center one star rating if I could I would never give them a star rating.

All this was before the pandemic started.
