I recently had double knee replacement surgery. The hospital gave me ice packs from Active Ice when I left the hospital. Those gel packs were AMAZING!! My daughter bought another locally to supplement, but it did not stay cold nearly as long as the Active Ice brand. I called to see if I could order refills and they said yes. I ordered them on Monday, they arrived on Tuesday. I was given great customer service and Mr. Gruder answered all of my many emails very patiently in a timely fashion. If you want an ice pack that will last 6 hours or more, get Active Ice it is well worth it AND They aren't even expensive!!!
