I have worked with Debi for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that SEMCO puts their reputation on the line with every home. They go above and beyond to build a quality product, but then take the extra steps to explain the home to the customer.

This final step of customer service can not be overlooked. I searched in my home (NOT A SEMCO HOME for a year before finding the water shut off valve. I also had a plumber looking. I finally cut the damn wall out and found it on other side of where it was supposed to be.....bad customer experience.

My point is: If the business owner is willing to discuss and develop a plan for your dream home and then close the deal by showing you the final product, then you can just about be assured they are in it to succeed.

Outstanding home builder! I have worked with this builder many times and they continue to build amazing homes with great quality. I would highly recommend this builder to a friend or family member.
