Joe Cooper Ford is the BEST!
Everyone in the service department are extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. The repairs to my vehicle are always completed on time and perfectly done.

I had an appointment at 1245, pulled into the maintenence bay at 1240, and my car was on it's way for maintenance by 1pm (since I was a new customer, my info had to be added into the system). I had my oil changed, tires rotated, regular maintenance, car washed and was on my way home by 2:15pm. The staff were helpful, courteous, and quick!!

I hate taking my vehicle(s) to a dealership for any kind of maintenance work. Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon made the experience as pleasant as one could be. Billy in service was kind, courteous, and provided except communication. Would normally give 5 stars, BUT ... it's a dealership. Sorry Joe. ;)
