The staff here are always so friendly and very welcoming! I got my wedding rings resized and solder the other day. They told me it could take up to a week to get done (which is already fast) but by the end of the day that I dropped it off they let me know I could come in the next day to get my rings! Great place to do business with!

I’ve done business with Northwood Jewelers for many years, and hope to continue for many more! The staff is just as nice as can be, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. If you want something but don’t see it, they’ll get it for you. Extremely helpful and creative when I was wanting a custom piece made, and I was SO pleased with the way it turned out. I get compliments on it all the time! The store is impeccable in design and cleanliness. The prices are fair, and they have great sales, as well as being generous with discounts. They are also very generous within the local community. And who doesn’t love being greeted by sweet Sadie, pooch in residence?

I was absolutely blown away with the dedication and care put into the process of my 'Majestic Memory Gemstone Creation' I received photos and texts every step of the way. This was so deeply appreciated with the emotional journey this stone will signify and honor for me. I absolutely will be a returning costumer for future jewelery needs as their staff was incredibly kind and ensured I ordered what I wanted without being pushy in any way (which I have experienced in bigger chain style jewelry stores). Even before picking up my items I was texting the pictures to friends of mine encouraging them to go to Northwood Jewelers as well!
