Every time we come in we have a pleasant experience with the people working. They always answer our questions, inspect our jewels with great care, and pay great attention to detail - and when they shine up our pieces they are as good as new! This is our favorite Kay’s and that’s saying a lot because we’ve lived in many cities. Small store, excellent service!

Recently made a purchase at this location and had a great experience. I didn't feel pressured to purchase. The staff helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry and stayed within my budget.

The experience was amazing! Our lady respected my price limit, did not push me into more, and worked with me from start to finish until every question I had was answered. I will GLADLY go back to this location again!
