I needed some brakes and rotors replaced on my car, and was recommended to take it here. The owner personally greeted me and told me exactly what my car needed. He also honored a coupon and gave me a fair price. The service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this Tuffy franchise.

So this is a very well scheduled cute, clean, certified, friendly, muffler shop. I was in for brake pads and rotors but another customer was there for her muffler. I can only give it five stars but I walked away feeling secure about my brakes.

Hands down...the best customer service I have ever received in an auto shop experience and great quality work. Tom and the crew there will take care of you. They will do their best to make sure a $200 problem doesn't become a $2000 problem. And if you do have a $2000 problem like I did once(multiple repairs), you will get honesty and quality work. As a customer you look for three things...Price, Service, and Quality. We only get to pick two in most scenarios . But you get to pick which two you want. If you pick price...you get what you pay for. Pick this location because of quality and service. Thank you for making sure my family is safe and looking out for the longevity of my vehicle.

Their service cannot be beat! No matter what size job I've rolled into their lot, it gets done and I know I can trust the work without a second thought.
