Great place !! My son lived in the studios before moving to the condominiums and Quentin has always been super helpful. The maintenance and the grounds are in great shape.

Great place to live in! Quentin and Tim are great managers and very easy to work. Ron is a fantastic maintenance worker and was quick to fix any problem I had. Very cheap and easy to start or end your lease.

This is the best office that you can deal with among all other real state in BG. Great clean, and well maintained apartments. I spent great times living there for almost two years and a half. Thank you so much for everything!

Had a great experience living here a little over a year. Maintenance was friendly and I had no issues. They even noticed my AC unit wasn't working, and replaced it while I was gone. It was like it never happened. Overall, if you can afford to live here and there are available spots I would definitely recommend it.

Shamrock is wonderful! I had a studio and ended up having to leave my lease early due to some personal reasons and Quentin was super helpful and very proactive in helping me with the process! The office and maintenance are very quick to respond to inquiries or any issues and the staff is polite and courteous. For students or people who just prefer a quieter place to stay, this place is a great fit! It's far enough away from the road that you barely notice any noise from traffic, and my neighbors were great! If I were to need to return to BG, I would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks!
