Highly responsive when I had many questions about a recent claim, patient to explain the process, and helped strategize solutions. Can’t thank Skippy enough- plus he’s very fun to work with!

Helped me to understand the ins and the outs of my insurance policy, and is genuinely interested in finding the customer the best deal. Very different experience than I’ve had working with any other insurance agency. Highly recommend.
