Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everything went well. The car was reasonably clean. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. The only thing I didn't like was when I asked about the extra insurance option. It was more than I wanted to pay so obviously they tried to sell it to me. I don't blame them. But ... one of their main selling points was the loss of use charges that would be incurred if something were to happen to the car I was renting. These could be over $100 per day while it's in the shop being repaired. I still decided to pass. After talking to my local insurance agent I was informed that they have an agreement with Enterprise to not charge their customers loss of use. Overall a good experience though.

When I dropped my car off to the body shop a driver was already there to pick me up . Everyone was very pleasant to work with. And at drop off, Paige went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Paige was an absolute delight to work with. She was extremely up beat and charismatic. I had a bad experience last time at this location and she more than made me feel welcome and put every worry I had to rest. She is a fantastic employee and a great asset to this enterprise. Keep up the good work. I will always recommend people ask for you if they want top tier service. Whatever they pay you is not enough for the service you provide!

Great experience. I rent from this location every time I’m in town and need a car. The folks working here always offer the best customer service. Ellie and Page were fabulous.
