Fernwood Apartments

I've lived here for a few months, they have studio apartments and other options. Rent is fairly amazing, they're very leniant if u cant always pay it on time. Electric is the only utility which is pretty cheap as well. The studios (which I live in) are fairly decent size for single people (1 person only resides) very cute, you get your own little yard that u can decorate however you want. Land lord takes care of the property, you dont cut grass or anything. Definitely a five star place for single people (I cant speak of the bigger apartments) but for a studio the rent and features are definitely worth it. Only con to living here is the hot water, only showers dont try to fill a tub lol. I mean what adults take baths anyway haha. Come check it out and see for yourself.

I've lived in Fernwood Apartments for a little over a year and have had a wonderful experience! The property managers are open to communication and are attentive to all of our needs. Love love love the location too! Quiet, cozy, and well maintained. Very happy here.

Loved living at Fernwood. It’s quiet, cozy, reasonably priced and the management goes above and beyond for their tenants. I’ve lived in a few apartments before Fernwood and they by far have been my favorite.

I have lived at Fernwood for a few years now, and have never had any problems. I love the location where you are close to town but have privacy and quite when at home. The land managers have always gone above and beyond to be available and fix any issue that I may have had. Never had any problems with neighbors, nice parking spaces close to your apartment, as well as patio. I have and will continue to recommended these apartments to everyone!

I love fernwood! It’s a quiet little place that the apartments are beautiful and I can’t say anything bad about them. I work midnights and the peace and quiet of the day helps me stay asleep without interruption. The prices are not bad either. Check it out if you want a great apartment!
