This was the first time I made a purchase from these folks. I bought a Raymond 4250 from them sight unseen. Not something I would normally even consider. I was pressed for time and the lift was exactly the one we wanted. Tripp was my salesperson. He was easy to work with very respectful of my time and did everything he said he would right on time. Great follow through. The lift arrived today on schedule and looked exactly like what I saw in the photos. So far we are really pleased with our purchase and the transaction. Not something I can say about other used items I have purchased. Russell Equipment gets two thumbs up from me! Many thanks. I will be back for next item.
