Dr. Gen and the entire staff at the Mayfield office is amazing. All professionals ( doctors in other disciplines, or matter of fact, any business) should use Dr. Gen as a case study and understand how to run his/her business. I went in to discuss my options and he was very considerate and worked within my constraints.
