They are very professional and I barely felt a thing which is a huge deal for me. I also have a detailed, specific type of blood draw done every six months. Quest Diagnostics team reads the prescription and gets it right, every time. She even took the time to tell me that one of the specific tests would not be covered by my insurance because she saw it get flagged as she was entering it into the system. That particular test could have costed me over $1k, but she saved me from that expense. The hospital that is five minutes from my house can't get it right, so I drive 20 minutes to Quest!
