As Commercial Property Manager and Director of Facility Operations I've used CentiMark for years. The Stowe team (Dave, Kurt, Matt, Jared, Jordan, Bill and the rest of the guys) has been an anchor in taking care of our commercial roofing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout Northeast Ohio.
The service and project teams are professional, responsive, willing to go through all your questions while striving to provide the best possible solution within the available budget. They have proven to want to obtain a true business partnership with their clients.
The Service Manager is always great to work with and will accommodate scheduling as best as possible. He has always been quick to respond even in the worst of weather conditions to provide the best possible resolve even on emergency basis.
We recently had a new roof installed on an industrial site and the field supervisor was communicative throughout the project and had it wrapped up earlier than expected without considerable change orders to the original project scope provided by the Senior Project Manager. (Let's face it no one likes to have change orders and added expenses because a vendor did not prepare a full scope of work) But with CentiMark they covered all the bases during the estimation process, and I never had to worry about that problem with this team.
