Dr. DiGennaro is a wonderful doctor. I’ve never had any complaints about her. She’s knowledgeable and treats the whole person, not just a symptom. Any Physician Assistants I’ve seen have also been helpful, attentive, and have pleasant bedside manner. The office staff are always helpful and personable.
There have been minor mistakes or errors, but everyone makes mistakes, we’re all human. But, most importantly, they take ownership of mistakes and work with you to resolve any issues. I’ll gladly stay here forever.
I go to the doctors here and have for 12 years. The doctors I have worked with have been awesome. They take my concerns seriously. I feel they care about my health and even take preventative measures to make sure my health is good. I feel that my doctor gets to know me as a person and my family.
