(May 17, 2023, 8:38 am)My mom is a resident at Timberland Ridge and has been there for a year. She was in a different facility for 8 months prior to this. We moved her because she wasn’t getting the care she needed.
The staff at Timberland is amazing, including the administrator Holly, the DON Yashica, the social worker Julie, the nurses, aides, kitchen staff… everyone.
I’m there almost every day so I’ve been able to monitor her care and see how hard the staff works and how caring they are.
The food is also very good as are the activities.
My brother and I are very happy with this move and would highly recommend this facility.
(August 29, 2022, 5:35 pm)My sister was there for 4 months for rehab. The staff, including nurses, the cna's, dialysis, the receptionist's, and especially Julie B. from Social Work were ALL excellent. My sister can be somewhat difficult at times, but they were all kind and patient with her.
I was pleased with the care of my sister and communication when things needed handled. The facility was ALWAYS clean and fresh smelling every time I was there (all different times of the day and night).
My only complaint is they have to have their front door locked at 4:30pm so when arrive or leave you wait for someone to put in the code for the door to open, but they come asap, so no biggie.
(August 23, 2022, 4:03 pm)Timberland Ridge was the second nursing home my wife Carol stayed at before she passed away on August 2, 2022. There is no comparison: This one is head and shoulders above the other! We thought we were in a good place, but had no idea how good it was until several Hospice Care workers, who visit skilled nursing facilities throughout the region, said Carol received the best care she could have obtained anywhere.
The Nurses and Nurses Aides showed attentiveness, love and compassion while taking care of Carol. They kept her pain free and comfortable during the worst of her illness. They really put the care in Comfort Care.
The Support Staff and Administrative personnel also embraced Carol. They made her feel like a member of the family.
If anyone is looking for a beautiful, well kept home for a loved one, look no farther than Timberland Ridge.
