Redwood Copley

I want the corporate office and the employees in administration to recognize the most important part of this property are the employees, Alex, and Justin. Their professional and personable representation of Redwood Copley are the best part of living here. Let’s start with Alex. Although she is newer, I really like her! She is accommodating and has responded quickly when I have had a problem. She was helpful and guided me through the leasing options. I am sure it isn’t easy being a Property Manager. It takes an excellent leader, a person that is organized, can multi-task and work well with the residents. Alex is all those things and much more. Alex is an ideal and necessary representation as the Property Manager here, at Copley Redwood! My first night here, when I went to bed it was raining and, in the morning, it was still raining. The rain dripping on my bedroom carpet woke me up. When defining a superhero people describe someone with a cape, maybe laser vision and most important a speedy response. I met a superhero named Justin that morning. In a single bound like lightning speed, he arrived on my doorstep in my time of need. Using his laser vision, he assessed the problem by crawling up in the nasty crawl space and carefully looked around. He found it and determined how to fix it. Within a day, it was fixed. Recently, there was a problem with my hot water heater. I didn’t have any hot water. Justin came again and thoroughly looked over the tank. He found the problem but was not able to fix it until the following day. The next day, he spent most of the afternoon working on it. At 5 pm, he told me he had to go home and walk his dog but would be back to finish afterward. As promised, Justin returned around 6 pm and was finished by 7 pm. He came after hours!

Alex is fantastic!! She showed us a home and was so very kind, patient and helpful. We actually ended up at another Redwood location but she even answered questions for us when we couldn’t reach anyone else. If you are looking for dedication and kindness head to Redwoods Copley and ask for Alex!!

Justin was prompt and fixed the patio blinds quickly and waited to make sure I was happy with the results. left on a friendly note and I was upbeat in regards to the next project we discussed to date. I am pleased the maintenance response so far is quick and efficient

Eric, Amanda, and Justin made the transition from our home of 43 years to the Copley Redwood Neighborhood a very smooth one. They were willing to take the time we needed to process paperwork and settle into our home during the walk through. Thank you!
