Cleveland Clinic Edwin Shaw deserves the highest rating. If it wasn't for Edwin Shaw, I wouldn't be where I am today without everyone who cared for me here. I commend and I thank each person who helped and visited me. Any time I ask for something they will do it with a smile, I've had beautiful conversations and they wouldn't leave my room until I was 100% satisfied. I always came back from therapy to a clean bed and a clean room. I've had the best experience I could have here. I've had the best team. I'm proud of everyone here.

The whole staff has been fantastic. I wouldn’t know where to begin to say thank you for a such a great job. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable here. It’s because of everyone here that I got better after my stroke and shoulder replacement surgery.

This hospital has a special place in my heart! Not only did I have the opportunity to work for this hospital, my mother also received therapy here for a below the knee amputation. This hospital is all about people! My mom told me today that she didn’t want to leave because everyone was so kind and motivating! Wonderful hospital with amazing therapists (RT, PT, OT, SLP) and housekeepers, administrators and nurses! I could not recommend this rehab more! Wonderful company to work for with lots of growth! I did not believe the CEO at my orientation when he said “Miracles happen here”. I can tell you that they truly do!

The nurses and therapists have been outstanding, their attitude is always me first. Everyone makes you feel like you've known then your whole life. When you come to a place like this you typically don't want to be here. I didn't feel that way at all. I was so happy to have spent a week here. The nurses and therapists coordinate so well and they are so organized. Thank you for all that you have done to help me.

I spent 3 weeks re-habbing my left foot, and had a great experience with Edwin Shaw! From the therapy team to the nursing staff to the cleaning lady and the lady that took my food orders. Everyone showed interest in my situation and seemed to truly care about me and my healing. I would absolutely recommend Edwin Shaw to anyone who needs the service they provide, and cares about how they’re treated. Because here, it’s top notch!

Wow wow wow I am HAPPY a friend of mine told me to come here! This place is quite big, tones of seating, fully staffed with actual nice people, the menu was a good size with good options but not too big to where it’s just overwhelming, our food came out in 10-15 minutes and there was a lot of food that was all YUMMY!!! Super happy for SURE and I WILL BE GOING BACK!!! ♥️♥️♥️

I got rained out from work and sent home early, which is fine i love a day off. So i stopped here to just get a coffee but everything just, felt right. The light rain outside, the welcoming atmosphere, the up beat jazz, the hot coffee. Just everything was splendid.

Love the location and prices are very fair. Staff is amazing they are always very friendly. Food is always great quality. Would highly recommend it to everyone else

Had Carolina Grilled Chicken wrap. Fresh cooked, large portion, excellent flavor, served with fresh warm kettle chips. Tea had great flavor. Other party wanted the tuna salad with fruit plate but asked if she could have grilled chicken instead of tuna. They accommodated with chopped grilled chicken pieces. Pretty presentation.
