(July 2, 2023, 6:05 pm)Had to return a Craftsman chainsaw and Megan and Benji had the best customer service!! They were kind, quick and did not make me feel like I was bothering them. Would have given you five stars but the chainsaw I exchanged for was a busted open box like the one I was bringing back but at least the one I got today had all the parts in it. What's going on with the busted boxes.
(December 8, 2022, 3:19 am)Very awesome staff! So many great deals going on at #Lowe's . . Apparently NOW is the time for all things tools and tool accessories. . I was surprised but it's not like I run into a Lowe's 3-6× a week or anything.
