Zen Den Yoga Shala

I went to this studio for about a year (Recently moved out of the area) it is really something special. Tricia and Sam (and the other lovely instructors) really make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. It is very obvious that they practice yoga both on and off the mat ❤️ I would recommend this studio to anyone and am very grateful for the time I spent here.

A few week's ago, I took advantage of Zen Den's new student special - Unlimited classes for 1 month. I am so thankful I did!

I love the energy and vibe at this studio! They offer a variety of classes and workshops for anyone - from beginners to experienced yogis. The instructors teach from their heart and soul; there is no doubt they all have a passion and respect for the yoga tradition.

I truly appreciate this space and look forward to spending more time here in the future. If you are looking to try yoga or just curious of a new studio, you will find yourself at home at Zen Den Yoga Shala!

I started doing yoga for my mental health nearly 3 years ago, and it was the best decision I've ever made for myself! My experience here has been life changing. Sam and Tricia have created a welcoming home here for anyone and everyone. There is no judgment here. You're greeted with a happy smile and you can feel the love when you walk through the doors. Everyone is family in this place. My son loves coming to kids yoga every month, too! For anyone looking to start or deepen your practice, this is the place!

I’ve been to almost all the other studios in the area and this one has been the most comfortable one. I love that all the teachers deliver the spiritual side of yoga. The instructors are not intimidating and your peers aren’t either. I love this place and I’ve only been coming for about a month. It’s also helped me be more accountable for my own emotional health and proved to me and my support system how much yoga is truly life changing - physically and mentally.

Every time I walk into the Shala, it is like walking into a hug.
I cannot say enough about Sam and Tricia. They are both beautiful souls, and I am so grateful they continuously share their gifts with us. Their vibe, as well as the overall vibe of the Zen Den is one of genuineness, acceptance, calm, non-judging, and so welcoming. I look forward to going, and I am always glad I went.
I am also a huge fan (and supporter) of their boutique. I wear the pieces I have purchased often, as they are comfortable and cute!
The Zen Den is medicine for my soul!
