I was very nervous about starting because I knew some of the workouts could be hard. Charles worked with me on what I COULD do, modified where I needed to be. Down the road I found myself doing exercises and lifting weights I never imagined I could do. It didn't all happen at once, but the stronger I got the more he was able to challenge my body and the results have been amazing. I look and feel great!
