Presidential Suites

I just moved into a Townhouse this week. I relocated to the area. Pam, the leasing agent has been wonderful and very responsive to my questions and requests. The townhouse is clean and maintained well. The area is away from highways and very quiet.

Great communication between myself and property manager! Lease signed with ease move in date was a breeze. Place was clean and fresh! Could use updates on furnace/AC runs way to long. Other than that minor wear and tear issues but we're fixed right away

We haven't been in the apartments for very long, but they are amazing. Everything is done professionally and in a timely manner. Pam, the manager here, is very sweet and very direct with the leasing process and how to navigate your stay here. They had to put a new AC unit in and it was done only a few days after we moved in (due to the fact we moved on a weekend). Pam is very easy to communicate with and is very good about getting back to you. Not only that, but when they did put in the AC unit, management made sure to come by and give us a heads up so that we weren't caught off guard. You can tell that everyone here is very experienced in this line of work, and has done it for a long time. So if you're looking for a nice apartment to stay in with friendly neighbors and is located in Jackson Township, this is a great place to look!
