My car needed a new transmission and these folks did a good job installing the reman. Car shifts with no issues now. Comes with an excellent warranty. Waterloo transmissions is truly the best at what they do

These guys did a great job on my transmission. If I needed work done again, I would go in a minute. I didn’t give them 5 stars bc the owners need to give their guys the right tools to do the job. The manager took 20 minutes to check me out bc they have 2 computers that are dinosaurs. Waste of his time and mine.

Overall, I had a positive experience having my clutch replaced with Waterloo. It took a little longer than the original estimate (just a day or two), but the shop communicated well throughout, the price seemed reasonable and I was happy with the quality of the work.

We have been coming to the canton location for a few different things and are always blown away by how amazing this place is! We have dealt with Phil mostly and he is amazing! He very honest and straight forward! Phil is very efficient as well! I am glad I have found an honest place to take my car! Thank you again Phil and everyone there!

Tom is great. He took my vehicle for a test drive to diagnose a transmission issue 10 minutes before closing. He gave me a very simple diy fix for the issue, as opposed to an up sell for unnecessary work. Honest and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.
