Super friendly and welcoming staff they don't judge and they make an effort to remember who you are. And if you have questions they're very helpful also if they don't know the answer they come up with the next best solution.
The tellers are so nice and helpful! ☺ They make an effort to remember you when you come in a lot and now I know most of them by name! Also they're very thorough in explaining complicated bank stuff. They let you know right away if your account has an issue. The only thing is you can't make up your own pin for your card, but that's such a minute con that it doesn't really matter lol
