Had some damage on a subaru repaired here , super friendly and car looks good. Heck they even cleaned the interior when they were finished .

We are from out of state and were in Tiffin visiting family. When we were preparing to leave, my husband checked our spare tire. He was unable to get it out of the spare tire well due to an error the last time it was replaced. In order to access it, we needed a bolt cut off. Feasel’s worked him in immediately. The mechanic cut it off, buffed it, and even filled the tire up to pressure. We could not be more pleased with their service! My husband would like to give them an 8 out of 5!

Called and asked if they could check my car out after a collision with no visible damage. The receptionist was very kind and the inspections guy took time out of his day to come check everything out. He listened to my explanation and was very helpful. Ended up not needing a repair but would go back just based on the limited customer service I experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with Feasels! Their customer service is absolutely top notch. They were timely, thorough, honest, and friendly. I was surprised they detail cleaned my car with return too. Amazing team! Pick this shop!!!
