Rachel Fruth, NP and her staff are excellent! Rachel is very professional and caring! Excellent care! Highly recommend!
Rachel Fruth is great. She listens, cares and will take care of you in person or virtually. The only complaint I have is that one of the receptionists were extremely rude to me one day while I was asking questions about my new medication. When I call, I DEFINITELY prefer to talk to the receptionist named Kim. She's kind and listens well.
Absolutely LOVE Rachel!! But any time I call for a medicine to be called in for chronic issues (eczema and hives or child with ear ache after swimming with tube in her ear) the front desk refuses to ask her to order something it’s an automatic visit. We pay 100% of our visit until the high deductibles, but I can get online and do a virtual 5 minute visit for free...... why would not just do virtual. I can see this changing the medical field in huge ways.
