my family and i have been banking with Woodforest (Eaton specifically) for years and they’ve always been more than great! my mom and i went there Friday to finally set a savings account for me and Jackie helped me with opening that savings account, she answered all our questions and more. after finishing that, Sean sat down with my mom and i for even longer to explain some more in depth financial questions we had! Elissa didn’t help us on this day specifically but she’s always handled my checks and other day-to-day bank visits and is always so quick with it! They’re all so helpful, and kind! plus they're all relatable and humorous too which is a great plus!!
