Promedica has great staff . They are caring and professional. Ellen is the best SW I have worked she is dependable, loyal and is always willing to drop everything when she is needed. All of the SWs are great as well.
The nurses are fabulous. Teresa is outstanding. Always has a smile and stops to check in no matter how long her day has been. Wendy is great as well.
I am glad I with work with them.

My mother was at Pickaway Manor Assisted Living and for the last several months also under the care of Promedica of Circleville. Our family will forever be grateful for the wonderful care she received. We wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as possible and Melanie and Dr. Alkire did just that. What a great team!! They were right on top of her meds always changing them as needed. Also thank you to Pauline and Ellen for their visits and assistance. Sweet little Chelsea who came in 3 times a week to bathe and wash her hair Mother loved her kindness and gentle care. Thank you to Dean who came often for visits. Mother always loved your scripture reading and beautiful songs. We'll always remember all your kindnesses.

My mother had the best care, and best care team that I could ever imagine. Anything that she needed, or anything that we, as her family needed, they provided ASAP. I would HIGHLY recommend ProMedica Hospice of Circleville, OH to ANYONE who is looking for hospice care for their loved one.. A shout out to her hospice team: Shannon (nurse), Holly (Aid), Ellen (Social Worker), Paulina (Nurse Practitioner). The care that my mother received from Promedica (Heartland) Hospice was far above and beyond what we expected. They were respectful, diligent and so very caring. Equipment order and delivered in an amazingly timely manner. Always available for questions or visits. They made a very sad time in our life peaceful, knowing my mom was without pain or anxiety. They couldn’t change the end result, but they could change the journey. Thanks to the entire staff for all you do.

Heartland Hospice services provided support, emotional and physical, for my mother-in-law and the family during the last month of her life. They responded promptly to requests made. If an individual in the family or my mother-in-law was not comfortable with a particular medication, the hospice staff followed up readily. There were members of the family that were initially hesitant to utilize hospice services, however after this experience they said that hospice was a significant support. Hospice helped through the process and assisted in taking care of things that needed to be addressed. Every hospice staff member that came into the home was compassionate, empathetic, supportive and genuine. The hospice staff came out during the middle of the night or any other time we needed them. During a time like this it is difficult to recall all of the names of the individuals that were so very supportive, however Melanie, Bertha, Ellen, Laura, Sandy and Carolyn were names that we recall from this amazing team. No one wants to loose a loved one, we are very grateful for the support Heartland Hospice provided during this devastating time. Their services were invaluable and words can not truly express our appreciation. Thank you.
