Kroger Pharmacy

I went in this week to pick up my sons prescription and they told me that the medication the doctor had called in wasn’t covered by my insurance but they still helped me and offered to use a discount card so that I would only have to pay $9.50 for the medication! I know some places would not volunteer information to save people money but they did I’m not only were they helpful to me but I’m looking in the pharmacy I could see every single staff member working nobody just standing around everybody was working to help the people in line, on the phone, getting vaccines, etc! I think they are great 😊

I have always had a great experience with the staff. I don't wait until I am completely out of my medication, then ask for a refill, and expect priority to get it filled. I also don't go during peak times to stand in line.
