(December 11, 2022, 12:21 pm)I started as a personal trainer here a few months ago and have loved my experience so far. Chase, Dom, and Adam have all taught me an incredible amount in such a short period of time. I love the different clientele we all bring in. And I love their enthusiasm and energy to better their lives for themselves as well as their families. I truly never thought I’d find a career and place to work in where I’d feel at home, safe and comfortable being myself, but 30 West Fit has provided that and so much more. 30 West Fit is the most welcoming and supportive gym in the Dayton area where all of our trainers actually care about you and your goals and we will help you achieve them and so much more.
(June 4, 2022, 8:53 pm)My husband and I trained with Dom at 30 West Fit for a little over a year to help us get in shape for our wedding. He is great at pushing people to help get the results they’re looking for and will continue to guide you along the way once you do start making improvements. If you’re looking for a trainer who is very knowledgeable, and to help keep you accountable for your goals, take a training session with Dom! You’ll be sore for a while but once you get past the soreness you’ll see it’s worth it.
(December 3, 2020, 4:35 pm)I can’t say enough good things about the staff of 30 west fit. The trainers are really dedicated and make the sessions fun while helping clients get the results they want. The facility offers a huge variety of equipment and the workouts are stellar - I would rate it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!
(November 16, 2020, 4:02 pm)I have been going to the gym for over two years. The times with the trainer work with my schedule. Everyone is friendly there and they care about your well being. I have developed muscle and I look and feel better from working out. They will evaluate you and tailor your workout and diet to you.
