(April 13, 2023, 10:33 am)The Suites at Walnut Creek has the most caring staff, the DON does not sit behind a desk and is always on the floor. every time i see her she is always on the move giving the best possible care.
(October 20, 2022, 9:51 am)My parents live in the cottages which are very nice and well kept up. Walnut Creek has really a beautiful campus. We have no complaints with the quality of care and love that they can maintain their independence.
I’ve had direct communication with the Director of Nursing on a few occasions and appreciate the prompt addressing of any concerns and follow up.
(October 20, 2022, 9:32 am)My parents are long term residents at Walnut Creek. Over the past few months, WC has strived to hire additional staff to care for residents. I’m happy to report that I’ve witnessed first hand some of the issues below being addressed. I personally spoke to the director of nursing to praise the changes and progress.
I’m vigilant about ensuring their care levels remain exceptional. Things are changing at Walnut Creek and for the better.
