Karen in the furniture department was awesome! Super helpful. Reset my whole order after I made a mistake with an online purchase. She was very patient, classy, and kind to my toddler who was running around!

It's actually nice in there. Clean aisles, fully stocked, small crowds. I know the mall in general is overlooked for shopping nowadays but this store is a nice shopping experience

The staff was polite and helpful when I was shopping at this Macy's Saturday. The store was clean and had a wide range of goods . I will definitely be back to shop more in the future.
