My daughter has been a resident for five years and I am very pleased with the care she is currently receiving. Her caregivers treat her like a family member. They assure that her needs are met and advise me of any problems.

I love being part of the Mercy/Diversicare team I’ve been with this company off and on since 2015. I’ve tried other facilities in the past but it’s something about this one, it’s where I’m supposed to be.. 3 times a charm and I’m in for the long ride. Home is where the heart is, Our new management team is an AWESOME GROUP OF LADIES! Staff members and Our residents are great to work with… Definitely feels like family away from family I highly recommend a short or long term stay. Rehabilitation team is awesome and great team players, Speech pathologist is wonderful! All in all great place to work or even stay!!

I give a rating of four for the rehabilitation unit. My reasoning for this rating is the food served could’ve been better. (Come on dietary pull yourself together) My stay was short term and the unit was short staff at times but major(only one staff did not fulfill my wound care needs) all other staff were certain to meet my needs even being short staffed. I appreciate each and every one of the staff who took my needs and care seriously and was always there when I rang that call button. Y’all made it happen! I could name names but I know, I would forget a few. So here is to the rehabilitation side. You all are hero’s in my book. Thank you for doing what you love to do, caring for people. A job I could never do. Thank you again for taking good care of me!

I have been working here for about a month. I have never worked with a more family-oriented team. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents, families, as well as the staff. We all help one another to ensure that the residents receive the best care possible. Our facility provides many services such as, short term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living. I would highly recommend this family- oriented facility.
