For post from "Top Notch"..... Dear Top Notch, Fyi..... In your post you said you live in Germantown??? Probably a good idea to know that Germantown and German Township have two completely separate police departments. You were in such a hurry to leave a poor rateing you probably didn't realize you rated the wrong police department. Good idea to get all the facts prior to jumping to a conclusion, but that seems to be happening a lot these days. I suggest you take a trip out to the German Township Police Department and meet the officers as they really are Top Notch.
